What file assets do you provide me?

We provide your logo as a vectored Adobe Illustrator file. We also provide your logo as a layered .png and an .svg for web use. Any additional requirements such as .jpg or .psd can be requested at no additional cost.

How many logos do I get?

You will receive 3 different logo designs. Pick your favorite, and you have 2 rounds of revisions we can apply.

How do I get revisions?

This package comes with up to 2 revision requests so that you can rest assure satisfaction is the ONLY result.

Can you put this logo on my website?

Yes, speak to your Project Manager or open a support ticket so we can help you with this.

What does your approval process look like?

After you pay for this service and complete the onboarding document, we start designing your new logo. All design files are sent to you for your approval via email before zipping them up and sending you the RAWs. If you require any changes during our approval process, we can take care of them immediately and send you the revised copies. Your PM (Project Manager) will work with you to get approval.
